Bible Question:
It seems that in the last few months the focus, in my life, has been on Jesus in the Center! The last two mornings I've woke up early, (4:00am and 3:00am) with Matthew 6:33 on my mind. Seek ye first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you. Now the Kingdom is in each of us, correct? My question is this, and I have some what of an answer of my own, but; How do we seek the Kingdom of God? and, What things are added? |
Bible Answer: Hi cfdfire22, Welcome to the forum. I thought that your first note so far to the forum was excellent. I offer these comparison verses so that we all may keep in mind that we will always be in spiritual warfare. Matthew 6:33, "But seek first *His kingdom and *His righteousness; and ALL THESE THINGS will be added to you." Matthew 4:9, "and he said to Him, "ALL THESE THINGS will I give *You, if *You fall down and worship me." Matthew 4 has Satan promising Jesus all these things of the world but we know that he is a liar. We know most of all that we need to worship the Lord our God, and serve Him only. And Jesus was who He said He was, the Son of God. And yet we believe the doctrine of the Trinity and know that John 10:30 is true. "*I and the *Father are one. The stars are mine for comparisons of Scripture. From the heart, Ray |
