Bible Question: Why do you think God asked Elijah what was he doing there? |
Bible Answer: Hello loveGod'sword Elijah had been riding a roller-coaster of emotions from great victories to great abuse. He was depressed. He was now a prophet (what he was called to do) hiding in a cave (what he wanted to do). I think God was trying to draw Elijah out of his self-pity. Trying to remind him who was in charge and what that meant. Steve |
