Bible Question: How many people were raised from the dead in the bible. I have found 1 Kings 17:17-24 (widow's son), 2 Kings 4:32-37 (Shunammite woman's son), 2 Kings 13:20-21 (man who touched Elisha's bones), Luke 7:11-15 (son of a widow), Luke 8:41-42, 49-55 (Jairus's daughter), John 11:1-44 (Lazarus), Matthew 27:52-53 (Holy people who had died, after Jesus died), Matthew 28:1-8 (Jesus), Acts 9:36-43 (Tabitha), and Acts 20:9-10 (Eutychus). The book I am studying says there were nine other people and the action project was to read about the other nine. Could this be a trick question or are there more than the 10 I mentioned? |
