Bible Note: 2 Cor 5:10 For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ, so that each one may be recompensed for his deeds in the body, according to what he has done, whether good or bad. Ex 34:6 Then the LORD passed by in front of him and proclaimed, "The LORD, the LORD God, compassionate and gracious, slow to anger, and abounding in lovingkindness and truth; Ex 34:7 who keeps lovingkindness for thousands, who forgives iniquity, transgression and sin; yet He will by no means leave the guilty unpunished, visiting the iniquity of fathers on the children and on the grandchildren to the third and fourth generations." Greetings Mc, The Lord has not changed from judgement to grace. He revealed to Moses a long time ago that he is a God of grace, compassion and judgement. And he revealed in Christ that we would all stand before the judgement seat of Christ. No God has not and does not change, which is why his lovingkindness endures forever and we are not consumed. Mal 3:6 "For I, the LORD, do not change; therefore you, O sons of Jacob, are not consumed. and, Heb 13:8 Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever. Peace, Lionstrong |
