Bible Question: NAME PROPHETS IN OLD AND NEW TESTAMENTS |
Bible Answer: TooBlessed Your request would probably get more responses if you had included the magic words "please" and "thank you" Also using all capital letters is considered shouting on the internet. Lastly is this home work that you were assigned? The list you ask for is huge. If you asking for the prophets of the Old Testament that wrote books they are. (1.) The prophets of the northern kingdom (Israel), viz., Hosea, Amos, Joel, Jonah. (2.) The prophets of Judah, viz., Isaiah, Jeremiah, Obadiah, Micah, Nahum, Habakkuk, Zephaniah. (3.) The prophets of Captivity, viz., Ezekiel and Daniel. (4.) The prophets of the Restoration, viz., Haggai, Zechariah, and Malachi. —Easton's Illustrated Dictionary However this lists is incomplete when we consider Noah, Moses, Abraham, Isaac, Jacob all prophesied and are considered prophets also. Perhaps if you would tell us what your looking for more exactly we could help you better. EdB |
