Subject: Will we know our loved ones in heaven? |
Bible Note: Nolan and Rapturedon, We find in Luke 16:19-31 Jesus describing what the Kingdom of Heaven is like. And for the listeners of that time he described it as being Abrahams bosom. Or "paradise" as Jesus called it from the cross to the other lawbreaker next to Him. I would rather ask in question form instead of seeming to know what the answer is. Can we view this parable of Jesus as what heaven will be like for us? Significantly, vs' 23, "..saw Abraham"; meaning he had a physical sense and also recognized someone he never met. vs24, "..cool my tongue"; another sense being utilized in heaven? Taste and sensation. and lest we forget the rest of the verses, in all of them their is speech. We can also see a use of thought and reasoning. Can we now see that not only will we have all of our sensories but we will KNOW others in heaven? ...Lord dont let me convolute the story...**PEACE** |
