This sin had consequences that extended all the way through the Canaanites, Egyptians, and even reverberates to this very day. Today we do not feel the weight of guilt because of our culture and the false teachers who declare universal innocence. Imagine what it was like, though, for Noah and Ham -- for there is a sharing of fault in this event. Imagine how this was received by the Israelites as Moses related the story.
