Bible Question:
Were both Daniel and Joseph types of Christ. I read that in the Bible, only these two men remained 100 percent faithful to God throughout their entire lives. thanks, Chusarcik |
Bible Answer: In the New Testament he is referred to as the representative of the law and as a type of Christ (Joh 1:17; 2Co 3:13-18; Heb 3:5-6). Moses is the only character in the Old Testament to whom Christ likens himself (Joh 5:46; comp. De 18:15,18-19; Ac 7:37). In Heb 3:1-19 this likeness to Moses is set forth in various particulars. There are person walked with God and perfect: Ge 6:9 These are the generations of Noah: Noah was a just man and perfect in his generations, and Noah walked with God. 1Ki 15:14 But the high places were not removed: nevertheless Asa's heart was perfect with the LORD all his days. Job 1:1 ΒΆ There was a man in the land of Uz, whose name was Job; and that man was perfect and upright, and one that feared God, and eschewed evil. God bless, |
