Bible Question: Why back in the days of Noah people lived to be 900 and 800 years old and so forth? |
Bible Answer: Scripture ... Genesis 5:32, 6:3, 7:6 ... nae-nae 04, greetings, Because God limited the years man would live to 120 years (Gen 6:3) Some say 120 years was a prophecy when the flood would took place. But, Noah turned 500 in Genesis 5:32 and Noah was 600 years old when the floodwaters were on the earth (Gen 7:6). Some think because of the water canopy over the earth people lived longer. Searcher |
