Bible Question:
Regarding the proposed cloning of human beings... Because they are mixing DNA and not sperm to eggs does this new clone not have a soul therefore?? |
Bible Answer: Gen 1:24 Then God said, "Let the earth bring forth living creatures after their kind: cattle and creeping things and beasts of the earth after their kind"; and it was so. Gen 1:25 God made the beasts of the earth after their kind, and the cattle after their kind, and everything that creeps on the ground after its kind; and God saw that it was good. Base of the scriptures and my interpretation of the scriptures. If man produces a clone be it through DNA or the normal procedures. I believe that because man is a living soul then anything created from him would become a living soul. Everything produces after it's kind. Cat's after it's kind, dogs after it's kind etc.. Gen 2:7 Then the LORD God formed man of dust from the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living being. |
