Bible Question: Was the garden of eden located in present time Africa |
Bible Answer: In the "Introduction" section of my KJV Concordance Bible, it says this about the Garden of Eden: "God placed the Garden of Eden in the lush Tigris-Euphrates Valley. The word "Eden" means "delight." The actual location is not known; but archaeological research validates early civilization in the area through excavations at ancient Ur, Eridu, and Babylon, among other cities. It was in the region called Mesopotamia and in the area of modern-day Iraq." |
