Bible Question: Why does God destroy Sodom and Gomorrah, when he gives other people a chance to repent? I was confronted with this question, and I had no answer. |
Bible Answer: sims We aren't told the answer to this question. However we see Abraham plead for them and if a righteous man can be found God agreed to spare them. However we know they were so corrupt not one could be found and they were so preverted they even tried to get the Angels in Lots house, rejecting the women that were offered so steeped in their perversion they were. Let me also say that this question may have been asked by your friend in innocents but I suspect it was asked accusationally toward God. The implication was God isn't fair. EdB |
