Bible Question: Was God able to feel "human emotions" before Jesus came to earth as 100 percent human and 100 percent God? |
Bible Answer: Hi, chair! There are many examples in the Old Testament that attests to God's perception of humanity... He called to the people of Israel wishing to shelter them as a hens her chicks... He chose Israel as His Bride... He is Jealous of Israel's attention to non-gods instead of staying faithful to Him... He sympathized with Abraham when he queried about putting away the destruction of the wicked city... He called Moses His friend... He was proud of Job... He called Enoch to His side... He tested Israel's (Jacob) strength... He instituted Laws to protect the orphans and widows... He instituted a Commandment to care for His servants in their old age... He listened to Moses and others when they pleaded for Israel... He suffered the loss of Abel at Cain's hand! God Bless! Angel |
