21 | When will Jesus return? | 2 Thessalonians | Xapis | 395
There are many views of Eschatology, the study of the end times. My views, briefly, are this. According to II Thes. there will be a great falling away, then Jesus will come for His own, the rapture. Then the Man of Sin will be revealed and seven years of tribulation will occur. Then Jesus will come back to reign on the earth for 1000 years. That is a nutshell version.
22 | Who gave the writer of Job his info @ | 2 Tim 3:16 | Xapis | 2254
HEB 1:1 "God, after He spoke long ago to the fathers in the prophets in many portions and in many ways" The Bible is not clear, how God conveyed this knowledge to his saint. However, we know that God has used visions, dreams, and by speaking directly to His people. God is not limited in His ways of communicating truth. To be as specific as he was I would venture a guess, remember just a guess, that He gave him a dream or vision and I would lean toward a vision. Maybe someone else can do a better job, but since God doesn't tell us the first answer is the right answer, I don't know. But we do know that He spoke(or breathed) the Word of God. Praise His name we don't need to know it all, we just need to know Him. |

23 | Who wrote the letter to the Hebrews? | Hebrews | Xapis | 1208
I am not aware of any reason to ascribe this work to any individual. However I think that Apollos is the most likely, since it doesn't bear anyone's name it is probably not Paul. Apollos is called a man mighty in the Scriptures, which seems to fit the description of whoever wrote this book. I have tried to get away from the tendency to say, "Paul, in the book of Ephesians" because it wasn't Paul, who said it, it is God who is saying it. Just my thoughts. I hope they bring you to think.
24 | JESUS GREW IN WISDOM | Heb 5:8 | Xapis | 626
Wisdom is the application of knowledge. By becoming flesh and fulfilling the law, Jesus grew in the application of truth in his human existence. The scripture that I referenced, Heb 5:8 says "Although He was a Son, He learned obedience from the things which He suffered." This is experiential learning that the verse talks about. He experienced obedience and he grew in wisdom as part of emptying Himself, taking the form of a bond-servant, and being made in the likeness of men (Phil 2:7). These things were necessary for his functions as High Priest. |

25 | how does John 9.3 and 4 answer reincarna | Heb 9:27 | Xapis | 943
I don't know about John 9, but Hebrews 9:27 seems to answer the reincarnation question for me. One person, one death, one judgment. What did you do with Jesus?
26 | who are the spirits in this verse? | 1 Peter | Xapis | 390
In Eph 4:8-10 it says that Jesus first descended and then ascended into heaven leading a host of captives. So, I believe that these were Old Testament saints that were waiting for the promise. Jesus went to Sheol, and explained what He had done and then led them to Heaven with Him.
