121 | Was cornelius saved by spirit | Acts 11:15 | punkiedo | 113497
I didn't say that you are saved because you endure, boy, you REALLY got that one messed up. I was merely stating that no one is saved till God comes back. You have to endure to the end. You have to Press toward the mark sort of speak.
122 | Was cornelius saved by spirit | Acts 11:15 | punkiedo | 113498
In other words I do NOT believe in Eternal security.
123 | Was cornelius saved by spirit | Acts 11:15 | punkiedo | 113499
I don't believe that just because I get the Holy Ghost I am going to heaven. I believe that I have to make it till the end. I have to endure without backsliding.
124 | Why not Baptize as Jesus said to? | Acts 19:5 | punkiedo | 107897
What is the name of the father? John 5:43 I am come in my Father's name, and ye receive me not: if another shall come in his own name, him ye will receive. What is the name of the son? Matthew 1:23 Behold, a virgin shall be with child, and shall bring forth a son, and they shall call his name Emmanuel, which being interpreted is, God with us. What is the name of the holy Ghost? John 14:26 But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you. **Don't you know that Matthew was one of the 12 and in Acts 2 it says PETER STANDING UP WITH THE 11..THEY WERE IN UNISON. When Peter said be baptized in the NAME of JESUS CHRIST Wouldn't Matthew have stopped him? When they went around baptizing people in JESUS name dont you think that Matthew would have said "No wait Jesus didn't say that." Jesus said baptise in the NAME SINGULAR NAME DO YOU HAVE A NAME? Or do people call you arm or leg or nose? How do YOU sign your check? do you sign it arm or leg or nose? no you sign it with your NAME. Thank goodness I know his name! |

125 | Why not Baptize as Jesus said to? | Acts 19:5 | punkiedo | 107941
In Acts 2:38 it says then peter said unto them repent and be baptized EVERY ONE OF YOU in the NAME of JESUS CHRIST. I want the name applied to my life. And jesus was baptized unto JOHN's baptism at that time. To me when he said that he had to fulfil all righteousness that tells me he wanted US to see HOW IMPORTANT baptism was. When a lady gets married she is suppose to take on her husband's name. Furthermore, the importance of the name dates all the way back. The rabbais would dunk their followers under water and as they were going down they would say their name over them and they would be known as the follower of that rabbai from then on. If you are baptized in the name of the father son and holy ghost. Who's follower are you? They rebaptized Johns disciples. Baptism comes from the greek word baptismo..which means submerse. Submerse in the dictionary means to put under water. So they were put under water in the name of the Lord Jesus. |

Firstly, I never said that the woman taking on the mans name was biblical. I was using a cultural example. Secondly, it says leave his family not change his name either so stop trying to prove something that is not there. THIRDLY, You still don't know who's follower you are because anyone can be a father any one can be a son and I know a lot of people FULL of the Holy Ghost, so you belong to titles not someone. (so let's not use that scripture again that one is WAY to easy to explain) For instance EXPLAIN why it says THE NAME THE NAME THE NAME THE NAME SINGULAR SINGULAR SINGULAR NOT PLURAL. (Got it now?) WHAT IS THE NAME??????? I have the name applied to me...FOURTHLY, now I want to apologize ahead if I seem a little rude or upset, as you slightly rubbed me the wrong way. I was taught to love this freedom and this country, and that just like salvation my freedom has come at a great price. Now you can insult me or my family but there are 2 things that you do not say anything against as I will defend it with every last breath. the first is My God who's name is Jesus. The second is my country. I feel like if you do not appreciate this country I am sure there will be one less generous willing to welcome you in. So please when trying to prove a point please do not criticize my country as I love this land. I believe everyone in my family if you cut us we would bleed red white and blue. Sooo on that note He said be baptised as I must if you just read back you will see my views on that. He had to be baptized as an example of what we should do. Further more, You know really you need to read the scripture above and the one below before you try to use it. AND I looked it up in the greek text btw and it is NOT plural it is SINGULAR. ONCE AGAIN BAPTISMO. SUBMERSE!!!!!! And my concordance takes it farther it says baptism according to the order of baptising to make FULLY WET. This is the NIV Heb 6:1 Therefore let us leave the elementary teachings about Christ and go on to maturity, not laying again the foundation of repentance from acts that lead to death, and of faith in God, Heb 6:2 instruction about baptisms, the laying on of hands, the resurrection of the dead, and eternal judgment. Heb 6:3 And God permitting, we will do so. KJV Heb 6:1 Therefore leaving the principles of the doctrine of Christ, let us go on unto perfection; not laying again the foundation of repentance from dead works, and of faith toward God, Heb 6:2 Of the doctrine of baptisms, and of laying on of hands, and of resurrection of the dead, and of eternal judgment. Heb 6:3 And this will we do, if God permit. |

127 | Why not Baptize as Jesus said to? | Acts 19:5 | punkiedo | 108147
Steve, I have come to the conclusion that some people enjoy believing the same thing they have always been taught. As we learned today in church that when you begin to disprove something that people have believed for a long time, alot of them don't like it. Furthermore Steve, it does not say that anyone else saw it. And why on God's earth would Peter tell us to be baptized in the name of Jesus? AND why would EVERYONE who was baptized be BAPTIZED in Jesus name? You're Doctrine is the one with holes not mine. I know who the father is I know who the son is and I know who the Holy Ghost is. IT IS JESUS. In James 2:19 Thou believest that there is one God; thou doest well: the devils also believe, and tremble. There is One God, not three. If you don't believe that then the bible says one day every knee will bow and you know this verse says he was given a name above every name. Why would "the father" exalt his "son" above himself???? or above the "Holy Ghost"?????? COME ON!!!!!!!!! Jesus loves you Steve, and I hope you can get beyond where you are and see the truth. Taleb, I apologize for not responding in a timely maner as I have not been feeling well since Sunday. I do have an answer for you. First of all I would like to write you a check for 50,000,000.00. And I am going to sign it Grandaughter, daughter, and sister. According to your belief the bank should cash it for you because I have signed what I am, but that's not the case is it??? That is not my name those are titles. Secondly, you and your wife are 1 person? Interesting. So she can sign your name anytime she feels like it? Or you can sign her name? hmm...you are still 2 people. Jesus said I AND MY FATHER ARE ONE. then followed it up by saying he came in his fathers name and even took it a step farther when he said the comforter (being the holy ghost) would be sent in HIS NAME. JESUS IS THE FATHER AND THE SON AND THE HOLY GHOST. Isa 42:8 I am the LORD: that is my name: and my glory will I not give to another, neither my praise to graven images. Isa 48:11 For mine own sake, even for mine own sake, will I do it: for how should my name be polluted? and I will not give my glory unto another. Why would God allow someone else to have his glory?Mat 11:27 All things are delivered unto me of my Father: and no man knoweth the Son, but the Father; neither knoweth any man the Father, save the Son, and he to whomsoever the Son will reveal him. In other words no matter what I say or do you will never know the truth unless God reveals it to you. And John 1:3 All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made. John 1:4 In him was life; and the life was the light of men. John 1:5 And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not. So I will pray for the divine revelation to you and all on this website. Jesus is God. And my final PROOF. Isa 52:10 The LORD hath made bare his holy arm in the eyes of all the nations; and all the ends of the earth shall see the salvation of our God. Isa 43:11 I, even I, am the LORD; and beside me there is no saviour. Isa 43:12 I have declared, and have saved, and I have showed, when there was no strange god among you: therefore ye are my witnesses, saith the LORD, that I am God. Isa 43:13 Yea, before the day was I am he; and there is none that can deliver out of my hand: I will work, and who shall let it? Hosea 13:4 Yet I am the LORD thy God from the land of Egypt, and thou shalt know no god but me: for there is no saviour beside me.James 2:19 Thou believest that there is one God; thou doest well: the devils also believe, and tremble. 2 Pet 3:18 But grow in grace, and in the knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. To him be glory both now and for ever. Amen. 1 John 4:14 And we have seen and do testify that the Father sent the Son to be the Saviour of the world. Jesus Was called the SAVIOUR of the world. And God said beside me there is no saviour. When we first began this discussion you people said there was three different beings. Then you say there is one but three. Well Jesus is God. I heard it explained in a wonderful way he was the father in creation, the son in redemption and the holy ghost in regeneration. Jesus is the ONE TRUE AND ONLY GOD. Col 2:8 Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ. Col 2:9 For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily. Col 2:10 And ye are complete in him, which is the head of all principality and power: So on that note, my friends, I REST MY CASE. If you still have a problem with it take it to the creator. The one true living God whose name is JESUS. BTW Taleb that scripture Phil 2:6 Who, being in the form (Greek definitiion form- morph or nature)of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God: Phil 2:7 But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form (Greek definitiion form- morph or nature)of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men: Phil 2:8 And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross. Phil 2:9 Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name: Phil 2:10 That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth; Phil 2:11 And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord(Greek definition- Lord-Theos- GOD), to the glory of God the Father. If you chose to remain in darkness, that is up to you. I have done all that I can to show you. The bible says that God has to reveal it. So...Good luck. |

129 | Why not Baptize as Jesus said to? | Acts 19:5 | punkiedo | 108456
Jesus was baptized to "fulfill" Greek pleroo, play-ro'-o; from to make replete, i.e. (lit.) to cram (a net), level up (a hollow), or (fig.) to furnish (or imbue, diffuse, influence), satisfy, execute (an office), finish (a period or task), verify (or coincide with a prediction), etc.:--accomplish, X after, (be) complete, end, expire, fill (up), fulfil, (be, make) full (come), fully preach, perfect, supply.all righteousness. He was our example. We have to REPENT BE BAPTIZED then FILLED WITH THE HOLY GHOST. So..On that note. IF you read my response to Taleb, hopefully that will help as, I feel as though I have rested my case. John 1:5 And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not. If you chose to remain in darkness, that is your choice as I don't feel like I am getting anywhere with you or Taleb. So I am moving on to people who actually want help not those who are looking for a fight. I have defended my faith and feel confident that God is going to do miraculous things through this. So, Good luck on your search Steve, I pray God opens your eyes and mind so he can teach you. Case RESTED |

You know Steve there comes a time when you are casting your pearls before swine. And I am not by any means calling you this but, it is the way that I feel. I have talked to my pastor (my dad) and he agrees. So, you believe whatever you want to believe Steve. But I have provided enough scripture to show you otherwise and like I said before, if you choose to remain in darkness that is your choice as you and taleb both seem to feel the same way. As for me, I choose to be in the light. The light of truth. You can argue all day and you can scream that it is not right, but when it comes down to it, the word of God stands. And your doctrine is not bible based as I have proven over and over again. So on that note please drop the issue and let's agree to disagree ok?
131 | What is your question? | 1 Corinthians | punkiedo | 112278
1 Corinthians what? What chapter what verse? I am not clear on what you are asking or saying?
132 | John 3:1-7 how can you say it's not true | 1 Cor 1:17 | punkiedo | 111336
You ask how someone can read Mark 16:16 and say that you have to be baptized I ask how can you read it and say that you don't? Jesus told Nicodemus that he must be born of the WATER and THE SPIRIT to see the kingdom of God. Jesus also in the "Great Commision" said "Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, BAPTIZING them in THE NAME of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:" (emphasis added) I am not just trying to get y'all riled up, I really want to know. Peter on the day of Pentecost said repent and be baptized EVERYONE of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins and ye SHALL receive the gift of the holy ghost. If baptism was not a requirement don't you think that the disiples would have told Peter NO THATS NOT TRUE??? They were there too. They had been with Jesus. 1 Peter 3:21 The like figure whereunto even baptism doth also now save us (not the putting away of the filth of the flesh, but the answer of a good conscience toward God,) by the resurrection of Jesus Christ: (1) to dip repeatedly, to immerse, to submerge 2) to cleanse by dipping or submerging, to wash, to make clean with water, to wash one's self, bathe 3) to overwhelm; Strongs concordance for baptism is baptizo (bap-tid'-zo) meaning immerse or submerse. or definition 2 says to bathe) Ephesians 4:5 One Lord, one faith, ONE BAPTISM, (emphasis added) Colossians 2:12 Buried with him in baptism, wherein also ye are risen with him through the faith of the operation of God, who hath raised him from the dead. There is no question in my mind that you must be baptized. And you say what if you do it and didn't need it? I would rather look at the scripture and say it says I need to be baptized and get baptized and make it into the kingdom than to deny it and ultimately loose my soul. The bible says in 2 Timothy 2:15 Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth. This tells me two things that I am responsible for studying this for myself AND that there are 2 ways to divide the word of truth the RIGHT way and the WRONG way. I have read enough of the bible to know that baptism is a requirement not an option. Jesus died was buried and rose again, when we repent we die to sin, when we are baptized we are burying the old mand in a watery grave and when we get filled with the holy ghost (evidence speaking in tongues as, the bible promises) we are risen with Christ. I just would like to know WHY in this crazy world you would say baptism is not required? |

133 | A bit confused regarding tongues | 1 Cor 14:22 | punkiedo | 109089
Once again you guys blast us without knowing facts. There is acording to the word of God a GIFT of tongues, which we "pentecostals" refer to as tongues and interpretation. And then there is the gift of the Holy Ghost with evidence speaking in tongues. In 1 Corinthians they he is speaking of the GIFT of tongues (tongues and interpretation) In the Book of Acts it was The HOLY GHOST SPEAKING IN TONGUES. PLEASE rather than just jumping to assumptions ASK. I would be HAPPY to tell you what I believe
134 | A bit confused regarding tongues | 1 Cor 14:22 | punkiedo | 109096
The holy ghost speaking in tongues as in the holy ghost with the evidence of speaking in tongues. Acts 2:1-4 (Acts 2:38-39 the promise of the holy ghost) Acts 2:33 (the Holy Ghost you see and HEAR!!) Acts 8:12-20 (The Holy Ghost was always made manifest with speaking in tongues.) Acts 10:44-46 (the gift of the holy ghost was evident the bible says because they HEARD them speak with tongues) Romans 8:16 (the spirit bears witness that we are children of God) 1 Corinthians 14:18 (Paul said he speaks in tongues more than all) 1 Corinthians 14 CEV (Usually I use the KJV, however I thought it was interesting contemporary English version says UNKNOWN Languages.) 21In the Scriptures the Lord says,"I will use strangers who speak UNKNOWN languages to talk to my people. They will speak to them in foreign languages, but still my people won't listen to me." |

135 | A bit confused regarding tongues | 1 Cor 14:22 | punkiedo | 109168
First of all Hank, You should be very careful about what you say about the Holy Ghost (Mark 3:29). On the other hand I am not sure that you can blaspheme the Holy Ghost without actually having the Holy Ghost. Secondly, the word of God does not say it is a KNOWN language. It is a heavenly language Hank. The apostles in Acts 2 were in one accord and they all spoke the EXACT same thing in tongues. Yet all of the people understood what they were saying. It is my belief they were speaking in the heavenly language and God opened the understanding of those that were listening. How eles could the apostles be speaking ONE thing in one accord (unison) and every man understand? IT IS GOD!! There were like 50 different languages there. Thirdly, the bible says in the last days perilous times will come and that there will be people who have a form of Godliness but deny the power and to turn away from such. (1 tim 3:5) And it says they will be EVER LEARNING but NEVER coming to the knowledge of the truth. (1tim 3:7) I feel like that is the way that some people in this study forum are. Always learning, and asking things that prolly never would have crossed my mind, but are unable to come to the knowledge of the truth. All I ask of the people in this forum is RATHER than blast a doctrine, find out about it's biblical roots. Rather than "cast stones" please ask me. My dad use to say people who live in glass houses should not cast stones. I could find plenty wrong with MOST of what is said in this forum. 60percent of it is OPINION or someone thinking they have a secret interpretation and not bible (1peter 1:20). The Holy Ghost is my power. It is my Helmet of Salvation. I know it is real. So you can live in the dream land that you are right all you want to. You have no biblical foundation. When someone finally shakes you out of that dream world, you will see the truth. And my dad has always had this saying "You have the right to be wrong." Natasha |

136 | Oneness and the word "person" | 2 Cor 13:14 | punkiedo | 112670
According to this analogy we are right. Jesus said John 14:9 Jesus saith unto him, Have I been so long time with you, and yet hast thou not known me, Philip? he that hath seen me hath seen the Father; and how sayest thou then, Show us the Father? Jesus was bewildered by the fact that they thought that he was 2 people. I think it probably tickles him to know there are people who think he is 3. John 10 29 My Father, which gave them me, is greater than all; and no man is able to pluck them out of my Father's hand. 30I and my Father are one. 31Then the Jews took up stones again to stone him. The jews were going to kill Jesus because he said he was God. So with the previous scriptures we have determined that The father's name is What? JESUS. And of course the son's name is JESUS. But what about the Holy Ghost? John 14 25 These things have I spoken unto you, being yet present with you. 26 But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you. Jesus said the Holy Ghost would come in HIS NAME. So the name of the Holy Ghost is JESUS. Now Let's bring those together shall we. Malachi 2:10 Have we not all one father? hath not one God created us? why do we deal treacherously every man against his brother, by profaning the covenant of our fathers? Mark 12:32 And the scribe said unto him, Well, Master, thou hast said the truth: for there is one God; and there is none other but he: Romans 3:30 Seeing it is one God, which shall justify the circumcision by faith, and uncircumcision through faith. 1 Corinthians 8:6 But to us there is but one God, the Father, of whom are all things, and we in him; and one Lord Jesus Christ, by whom are all things, and we by him. WAIT!!! didn't someone just say in Malachi 2:10 That ONE GOD CREATED US? Hmmmm. Would you dare to call Jesus a liar? Didn't think so. Ephesians 4:6 One God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all. 1 Timothy 2:5 For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus; (Now for the 2 above verses you have to understand something the greek word for "and" is kai (kahee) meaning: even. Both words that tie in God AND mediator or God AND father mean the same thing. EVEN. Also the And that ties AND IN YOU ALL means EVEN. James 2:19 Thou believest that there is one God; thou doest well: the devils also believe, and tremble. Do you know that when Jesus told people that their sins were forgiven that he almost was stoned because at that point he placed himself as God. Jesus said I LAY MY LIFE DOWN AND I TAKE IT AGAIN. So once again is the bible wrong when it says God raised him from the dead NO!!!!! JESUS WAS GOD. Jesus IS God. and he will forever be God. 1 Timothy 3 15 But if I tarry long, that thou mayest know how thou oughtest to behave thyself in the house of God, which is the church of the living God, the pillar and ground of the truth. 16 And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory. Colossians 2 8 Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ. 9 For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily. 10 And ye are complete in him, which is the head of all principality and power: So if all the fullness of the Godhead dwells in Jesus Christ Bodily. Then how on earth could there be three? Jesus was the FATHER in Creation the SON in Redemption and the HOLY GHOST in Regeneration. Jesus said John 14 16And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever; 17Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you. 18I will not leave you comfortless: I will come to you. Jesus Told them that he would pray for the comforter to come. In the same breath he said BUT YE KNOW HIM FOR HE DWELLETH WITH YOU, AND SHALL BE IN YOU. I WILL NOT LEAVE YOU COMFORTLESS: I WILL COME TO YOU. (emphasis added) I don't understand how someone can look at it and see three. I am a woman, a daughter, and a sister. But how many people am I? ONE. I am body, soul and mind. But how many people am I? ONE. |

137 | is this detramental to salvation | 2 Cor 13:14 | punkiedo | 113053
The argument is important. See 3 God's or 100 it's all idolatry. Deut 6:4 also found in the 10 commandments. This is an important thing. And it does have baring on salvation. See Idolatry is a SIN. So we must worship God in spirit and in TRUTH. (John 4:24)
138 | Oneness and the word "person" | 2 Cor 13:14 | punkiedo | 113060
Makarios, I apologize for not getting back to you in a reasonable amount of time. As I had to take this information to my husband (Jesus) and ask him. You see, I feel a great burden for people who are blinded by this way of thinking. And Makarios, Here are some interesting things: John 7 38 He that believeth on me, as the scripture hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water. 39 (But this spake he of the Spirit, which they that believe on him should receive: for the Holy Ghost was not yet given; because that Jesus was not yet glorified.) ***He is refering to the Acts Experience** Something else that interests me. Matthew 1 20 But while he thought on these things, behold, the angel of the LORD appeared unto him in a dream, saying, Joseph, thou son of David, fear not to take unto thee Mary thy wife: for that which is conceived in her is of the Holy Ghost. Luke 1 35 And the angel answered and said unto her, The Holy Ghost shall come upon thee, and the power of the Highest shall overshadow thee: therefore also that holy thing which shall be born of thee shall be called the Son of God. And here is what interests me. You say there is God the father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. But if the Holy Ghost overshadowed Mary, Wouldn't the Holy Ghost be the father? But in Luke it says and he will be called the SON OF GOD. See God had this "Problem" (if you will) He needed a perfect sinless sacrifice. But ALL HAVE SINNED. And this perfect God searched through heaven and earth Isaiah 59:16 to find a man but could not find one worthy. So he came down in his infinite creativity and love and mercy and created a body inside of a woman. This little creation was formed around the hand of God. See God had to have a body. Jesus is his body. Spirits do not have bodies, you can't see them, so in essence Jesus is the very FACE of God. There aren't three. There is one. Can you KILL God? NO. Without the shedding of blood there is no remission of sins. Without a body, God could not have remitted the sins. Spirits do not bleed. So this infinite spirit had to have FLESH AND BONE. Jesus is the almighty God. In Revelations 1:8 It is JESUS talking and he says I AM THE ALPHA AND OMEGA, THE BEGINNING AND THE ENDING, If your Jesus is the second person in the Godhead then YOU ARE NOT READING YOUR BIBLE. Jesus was the first and the last. AND EVERYTHING IN BETWEEN. |

139 | Is "Jesus Only" belief true or false? | 2 Cor 13:14 | punkiedo | 113071
First of all Kalos, There is a group called Jesus Only and they believe that you cannot say Jesus Christ or Jesus of Nazereth or anything attached to the name of Jesus and I am not a part of that group I AM UPC. wanna bash what we believe at least get it right www.upci.org okay? Secondly, YOU are doing nothing more than trying to cause problems. I feel it from you Kalos. I recognize the spirit you are transmitting in your words. You are trying to stir up problems and get people to HATE the Truth. Don't worry though, I am praying for you. I hope you wake up and realize the "Name Calling" that YOU are doing. If you notice I am very careful about what I say in regards to you and your beliefs, and all who are on here. 1 Samuel 26:9 And David said to Abishai, Destroy him not: for who can stretch forth his hand against the LORD's anointed, and be guiltless? 1 Samuel 24:10 Behold, this day thine eyes have seen how that the LORD had delivered thee to day into mine hand in the cave: and some bade me kill thee: but mine eye spared thee; and I said, I will not put forth mine hand against my lord; for he is the LORD's anointed. 1 Samuel 26:11 The LORD forbid that I should stretch forth mine hand against the LORD's anointed: but, I pray thee, take thou now the spear that is at his bolster, and the cruse of water, and let us go. 2 Samuel 19:21 But Abishai the son of Zeruiah answered and said, Shall not Shimei be put to death for this, because he cursed the LORD's anointed? Matthew 18 6 But whoso shall offend one of these little ones which believe in me, it were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and that he were drowned in the depth of the sea. God is my judge not you Kalos. You attack the Apostolics/UPC/Jesus only or anyone else again and the lockman foundation will be getting a very long letter from me in regards to you. I have tried nicely to ask you people to please not bash religions, that is not what this study forum is for. I have not in anyway bashed you or called you people heretics. Even though I do not agree with what you believe. Most of the time Kalos I do not even take time to respond to you because of your general attitude. However this really struck a nerve, because you don't even know what we believe. Get over it Kalos no one made you a judge. Further more, the trinity of the Godhead is not in the bible from beginning to end it indicates the oneness of God. Revelations 1:8 My God is the beginning and the ending, My God is Alpha and Omega. The first and the Last My God is Jesus. I am not Jesus only I am Jesus EVERYTHING. |
