101 | Was Pilate innocent of Jesuscrucifiction | Matt 27:26 | Chusarcik | 104691
Matthew 26:24-27 states Pilate washed his hands of the crime of killing Jesus. Does this mean Pilate was innocent of shedding Jesus' blood? It's confusing to me and looks like it could be taken either way. Chusarcik

Was Judas Iscariot saved? In reading Matthew 27:3-5, it looks like Judas admitted and repented from his sin. Can anyone shed light on this?

104 | how does this show what to give to God? | Not Specified | Chusarcik | 102627
In Matthew 22 verses 18-20 when the Pharisees ask Jesus about paying taxes, Jesus tells them look at the coin and that becuase Caeser's portrait is on it the tax belongs to the government. Jesus then says, "Give to Caesar what is Caesar's and to God what is God's." This illustration clearly shows Christ followers are to pay taxes but I have a question on the second part of Jesus' comment above where He says...to God what is God's." The question is this: How does the illstration show what to give God? Chusarcik |

106 | What 'syour opinion on original question | Matthew | Chusarcik | 93831
Actually, I was just curious. What I thought was going to be a simple question with a quick answer wrought many dissimilar, long diatribes as replies. That was why I kept asking respondees to please just answer the question. My intention was not for this to blow up into such proportions! Chusarcik

110 | What 'syour opinion on original question | Matthew | Chusarcik | 93781
I keep asking because the more I search myself the more confusing it becomes. Also many have not addressed the question at all, but rather given dissertations on all sorts of unrelated things they believe. And as you can see by all of the posts, there also seem to be many diverse opinions on the topic. Chusarcik
111 | Is this what you mean? | Matthew | Chusarcik | 93780
I agree that no one gets a second chance after they die. The rest of your opinion, I'm not sure. Chusarcik

114 | Does this make it more clear? | Matthew | Chusarcik | 93775
As far as I can tell, it just says the center of the earth. I'm trying to figure out what's in the center of the earth, who the disobedient spirits were and why he was preaching to them. Chusarcik

Radioan2, Thanks for laying out the two opinions. in opinion (2) were you referring to the faithful humans who died before Christ came? And that Christ went to them to announce His finished work on the cross so they could have eternal life? Chusarcik |

116 | Asking the original question again? | Matthew | Chusarcik | 93645
That's great and Copeland sounds like a nut, for sure, but I don't think you addressed the original question. My original question is Why was Jesus in the center of the earth for 3 days preaching to the spirits who disobeyed in the days of Noah? Who were these disobedient spirits? 1 Peter 3:19-20.

Pastor Glenn, Thanks for your comments. What do you,or anyone else who wishes to respone, think Jesus was doing in the center of the earth for 3 days? (1Peter 3:19-20) Chusarcik |

119 | Continuing search why 3 days in earth? | Matthew | Chusarcik | 93614
Yes, 1 Peter 3:18-20 gives the event of Jesus crucifiction and the preaching to the spirits in prison who disobeyed in Noah's days together and it seems we may be able to conclude that the preaching to the spirits was during the 3 days in the earth. Could Jesus have been making a statement to the Nephilim Truthfinder explained in the post above during the 3 days? Truthfinder, I'd like your response on this. Chusarcik |
