1 | Why did Satan want Moses bones? | Jude 1:9 | starfire | 193342
I asked this same question once and was told that it was so the people would set up a shrine and begin to worship MOSES instead of God. I guess we'll have to wait and ask Moses :-) Keep questioning and seeking! starfire |

2 | Bible verse: how man treats first wife | Mal 2:14 | starfire | 176121
1 1 Pet 3:7 In the same way you married men should live considerately with [your wives], with an intelligent recognition [of the marriage relation], honoring the woman as [physically] the weaker, but [realizing that you] are joint heirs of the grace (God's unmerited favor) of life, in order that your prayers may not be hindered and cut off. [Otherwise you cannot pray effectively.]
3 | do animals go 2 heaven after they die? | John 14:6 | starfire | 169805
Surely, I believe that there are animals in heaven. In Revelation, John saw 4 beasts about God's throne in his vision; When Jesus comes back with His saints at the end of tribulation, they are riding white horses. Also, God has promised that those who walk uprightly (which of course without sin we shall do so in heaven) no GOOD thing will be withheld from us: 4 Ps 84:11 For the LORD God is a sun and shield; The LORD gives grace and glory; No good thing does He withhold from those who walk uprightly. Additionally, In Romans we see that ALL creation awaits the Son of Man (which is the time when we are recognized as God's sons) and all have been affected by the fall of man -ALL of creation. Rom 8:17 And if we are [His] children, then we are [His] heirs also: heirs of God and fellow heirs with Christ [sharing His inheritance with Him]; only we must share His suffering if we are to share His glory. Rom 8:18 [But what of that?] For I consider that the sufferings of this present time (this present life) are not worth being compared with the glory that is about to be revealed to us and in us and for us and conferred on us! Rom 8:19 For [even the whole] creation (all nature) waits expectantly and longs earnestly for God's sons to be made known [waits for the revealing, the disclosing of their sonship]. Rom 8:20 For the creation (nature) was subjected to frailty (to futility, condemned to frustration), not because of some intentional fault on its part, but by the will of Him Who so subjected it--[yet] with the hope [Eccl. 1:2.] Rom 8:21 That nature (creation) itself will be set free from its bondage to decay and corruption [and gain an entrance] into the glorious freedom of God's children. Rom 8:22 We know that the whole creation [of irrational creatures] has been moaning together in the pains of labor until now. [Jer. 12:4, 11.] Rom 8:23 And not only the creation, but we ourselves too, who have and enjoy the firstfruits of the [Holy] Spirit [a foretaste of the blissful things to come] groan inwardly as we wait for the redemption of our bodies [from sensuality and the grave, which will reveal] our adoption (our manifestation as God's sons). Rom 8:24 For in [this] hope we were saved. Last, I plan on asking for every pet I've ever had and every animal that's ever been abused, mistreated or left homeless to be with me, so YES, I'm SURE God will not withhold them from me. He NEVER goes back on His promises. Even the covenant He made with the rainbow as a sign that God will never again destroy the earth with water was made to ALL, not JUST Noah and mankind...if He made a covenant with the animals as well and cares if a sparrow falls to the earth and there were animals present at His birth which kept Him warm....HE CARES about what happens to animals!!! 2 Gen 9:9 "Now behold, I Myself do establish My covenant with you, and with your descendants after you; 3 Gen 9:11 "I establish My covenant with you; and all flesh shall never again be cut off by the water of the flood, neither shall there again be a flood to destroy the earth." 4 Gen 9:12 God said, "This is the sign of the covenant which I am making between Me and you and every living creature that is with you, for all successive generations; 5 Gen 9:13 I set My bow in the cloud, and it shall be for a sign of a covenant between Me and the earth. 6 Gen 9:15 and I will remember My covenant, which is between Me and you and every living creature of all flesh; and never again shall the water become a flood to destroy all flesh. 7 Gen 9:16 "When the bow is in the cloud, then I will look upon it, to remember the everlasting covenant between God and every living creature of all flesh that is on the earth." 4 Matt 10:29 Are not two little sparrows sold for a penny? And yet not one of them will fall to the ground without your Father's leave (consent) and notice. God Bless and Keep You, Starfire |
