1 | How did Paul die | NT general | Talmid of Yeshua Ha Maschiach | 199884
Hi Mariel, Seeing as the New Testament does not give us any details about his death, does it really matter? But that aside, Eusebius of Caesarea states that Sha'ul was beheaded during the reign of Nero sometime around 64C.E. |

Hi, Talmid of Yeshua Ha Maschiach. This is Hankmid of Ozarka Ha Arkansach. See? I have a sense of humor, too! ..... Too bad what happened to poor old Sha'ui, whoever the old boy was. But do you happen to have any information on the apostle Paul? I note that you reckon dates by using C.E. It's a matter of taste and preference, I suppose, but what's wrong with using A.D. It's Latin you know for "the year of our Lord" I'm aware that C.E. can stand for Christian Era, but usually not. It's more often an abbreviation for "Common Era." It's chiefly an invention of secularism to remove as many references as possible to the triune God. --Hank
3 | How did Paul die | NT general | Talmid of Yeshua Ha Maschiach | 199891
Hi Hank, Got a good laugh out of your joke, but really, these were the real names of things and I just write them. I'll try in future to interpret before I write. As to C.E., I realise that it stands for Common Era, but again, it's a force of habit once you've been studying modern history in Uni. You only get told once that they like to see C.E. or else it's mark down time. I too prefer A.D., better still, I like going by the calendar of Hillel e.g. it is the year 5768. Just for fun. But truly, I will do the best I can. Your Brother in Ha Shem Y'shua Ha Mashiach, Your Brother in the Name of Jesus the Messiah, Talmid :) |

Hello again, Talmid :: My heart goes out to young believers in schools today. It was tough enough a long time ago (I'm 72) when I was in school. I can only try to imagine what it must be like today. Grace to you. --Hank
