maybe i was a little careless, sorry- my view of a prophet is anyone who has prophesied accurately and spiritually at least once, like King Saul, like Judas Iscariot, like C. the high priest who prophesied that it be better one man Jesus die for the people than the whole nation perish. a prophet is not necc. a gd Christian, just someone who hears and transmits the living God accurately when he is alive by my local record half of the churches i go to are very happy with my prophesying but the other half have kicked me out though they couldnt quote verbatim any convicting verse. my best compliment was this- People are attracted to you, you are a wonderful Testimony of a person voicing the Word 2.(another church) you follow God with your all and encourage everyone many a time with your fantastic prophesying linking Word with everything else-----------this aspect of the Gift is i think credibly seen on this forum best regards in the Spirit of Life and Truth and the Way |

Dear Yonder... etc... Please note that Lockman grants the privilege to participate in the forum based on a specific set of doctrines. One in particular is sola Scriptura. We desire to study the Word of God, not the word of yonderwhatzit. Perhaps there are other forums where you might find people who will have an interest in extra Biblical teaching. Furthermore, it is a violation of the forum guidelines, Christian charity, rationale thought, and amicability to make derogatory statements of other forum participants. It is unlikely, but one might have some slight interest in your self proclaimed giftedness if your posts the character and nature of the Holy Spirit. Contravening the Scriptures, though, provides sufficient evidence of the true nature and origin of that "gift." In Him, Doc |
