You are right it does disturb me when people get off the right track especially someone I know personally. The Lord has given us His word and it is plain and easy to understand. I want to point her back in the right direction without alienating her. I believe she is fragile emotionally. That is why I am hesitant as to how to proceed. I am a pretty bottom line person as most of you seem to be. I believe it will take a lot of wisdom to not say words that might crush her now that she seems to want to pursue God. I know that God is in control of this situation and I rely on Him. I value your expressions and gleen much from them. Thanks Val | ||||||

Hi Val, She is very fortunate to have someone like you that care for her! The safest and best approach is always the Word of the Lord. If you can get her actively engaged in a sound Bible discussion group it would do her a world of good. See what your local churches have to offer in the way of “home Bible discussion groups”. I’m not talking about the standard church setting, as it were, but a small home study setting with sound Bible doctrine. Acts 20:20 And how I kept back nothing that was profitable unto you, but have shewed you, and have taught you publickly, and from house to house, CDBJ |
