Thank for your come back: But here it is in a nut shell. [1] Jesus came to earth as a king Jn 18:36-37 Born a King Mt 2:2 died a King Mt 27:37 Come back a King Rev 17:14 [2] Israel is God first born His son Ex 4:22 [3] Jesus had nothing to do with the Gentiles Mt 15:26, Mk 7:27; Mt 7:6; 10:5; Jn 1:11 In Mt 10:6 Jesus said "But" go rather to the house of Israel Lost sheep Isa 53:6,Jer50:6,17 In Mt 15:24 He answered and said " I am not sent but unto the lost sheep of the house of Israel 1 Pet 2:25 [4] When Jesus was here He only was within the law Which puts the Prodical son Israel and the older son is clearly a picture of the Pharisees in thier self-righteousness [5] The younger son shows God's unfailing love for Israel. [6] His Glory to the son is when he [Israel] comes back t the father. Remember in Ezek 37 the dry bones that came to life. That is the regathering of the Jews to go back to there home land. And they are doing just that by the thousands Isa 11:11; Dt 30:3-5 This has to be a nation not a person in this parable. |

Hello watch..., No disrespect, but you're being rather speculative in reasoning, as I see some leaps in your logic! Points 4, 5 and 6 are nothing but your conjecture! Says who? I consulted my Companion Bible- edited by the late Dr. EW Bullinger. Though many disagree with his ultra-dispensational views, he was nontheless a recognized scholar in both Hebrew and Greek. Not even he arrives at such a conclusion! BradK |

BradK: Thank you for your come back on a insight that I think was valid. Only because Christ only spoke of the Kingdom and His people. I love the come backs on many inputs. It is like you have a car out side and 10 people to be ask what do you see? And you will have 10 different answers to what they see in the car. But it is all on the car different perspective. All in all good answer but is only threw an other person view. It is just one I do not see. But that is me. God bless you my friend Watchman |

Hello watchman, You're missing the point. My response was not intended as a mere "comeback". As our hosts, The Lockman Foundation ask- before submitting a post: 1. This post is biblically based and whenever possible, I have included Bible references to support it. 2. This post is not intended as a personal attack on the authority of the Bible or on other users of this forum. 3. This post is not submitted as an effort to foster divisiveness, ill-will, dissension or other disruptions to this forum. 4. I have carefully proofread my post and believe it represents my best efforts. It is not about giving 10 different answers either. We must- and should- be able to provide a solid BIBLICAL BASIS for our post! Otherwise it is just mere opinion:-) That's where I'm coming from. Speaking the Truth in Love, BradK |
