1 | Girlfriends racist parents. HELP ME! | Bible general Archive 2 | kasmapalities | 109947 | ||
Hey guys, I never said I was gay. I am a man and she is a woman. Im black and she is mexican. Thanks hank im going to seek guidance tomorrow. I've been doing a little research and I don't think shes going against Gods word. Her parents are wrong because they are racist. So by listening to them she is condoning a wrongful act. Gods law is above the law of the parents, so by listening to the parents, she isn't following Gods law. There is also scripture in Matthew 10 about Jesus turning a daughter against her mother, a father against his son, etc etc. Any thoughts?? comments. Apprieciate it. Thank you |

kasmapalities I agree with Hank you need to talk with someone face to face. However one thing you said disturbs me. You mentioned that by your girl friend listening to her parents she is condoning their racism. That is unfair and you shouldn’t put your girl friend into a position where she has to choose you or her parents. Marriage is very difficult and by putting her in this position your setting yourself up for trouble later in your marriage. If you can’t work this out between her parents and yourself I think you need to rethink the whole thing. Marriage as I said is very difficult and starting it out with a major problem between you and the rest of the family is very bad idea and one that may adversely effect your marriage. EdB. |
