Jim D, hello. It seems to me, in reading this series of posts about the Biblical account of creation, the Sermon on the Mount, et cetera, that one would expect to find some mention of the inspiration of the Scriptures. Doesn't the acceptance of the Bible as being God-breathed and inerrant free us, more or less, from the necessity to philosophize about how this or that came about? Or is there something important I've missed here, on this thread of discussion? --Hank | ||||||

Hank and Nolan: It seems we have yet another poster who delights in creating confusion and doubt regarding the truthfullness and inspiration of the Word of God. Where do they all come from? Maybe we need an alternate forum. In addition to StudyBibleForum.com, perhaps someone should start up a CriticizeBibleForum.com or an Anti-BibleForum.com. I've never before seen such calculated deception in action. That the Bible is inspired but not true is just about the silliest thing I've ever read on the Forum. Mixing in the word literal with truthful is a very cunning trick, obviously designed to deceive. --JVH0212 |

JVH0212 and Hank, Perhaps they all came out of the woodwork together, fashioned after the same mold.. It's a shame that the Study Bible Forum seemingly cannot exist without having someone question the inerrancy of the very Book that this Forum is based upon! I'm sorry to say it, but we must continually be on the lookout for posts written by people who cast doubts upon God's Holy Word. I guess that I am totally 'wrong' in assuming that everyone here on the Study Bible Forum would already have the idea in their conscious mind (an 'unwritten rule') that the Word of God is indeed inerrant!!
