Where exactly does Scripture say that the Bible is incomplete? John 21:25 And there are also many other things which Jesus did, which if they *were written in detail, I suppose that even the world itself *would not contain the books that *would be written. Where are these 'other' works called Scripture? Why would the apostles use anything else? |

Greetings Gbennet76! Not including every detail is different from being incomplete! :-) The 'works' you mentioned were used by more than just the apostles, but I can think of many reasons. Paul mentioned a Greek poem as a sermon illustration in his sermon on Mars Hill, does that make it Scripture? ;-) One could refer to historial records or other works for many different reasons, but that doesn't make them Scripture.
