In a sense I'm sorry to see you go. However I think a lot of your problem is you don't fully understand the relationship of the King James Version of the Bible and Strong's concordance. At times this misunderstanding has you putting meaning to words that does not exist and in other places you seem to ignore words that do exist. It is a common misuse of Strong’s that people make. They take a Strong's Concordance and look at the list of words that a Greek or Hebrew word has been translated into and figure they can do a one for one substitution of any of those words for the one used in scripture. In most cases you can not do that. Sentence structure and rules of grammar of the original language often precludes the use of a word in one place where it is perfectly acceptable word in another place. Escar try this, read scripture in another version such as the NASB and read it as it is written, don't look for any word substitutions but read it on face value and see if you come away with the better understanding of some of the things you question. Lastly I don't think you have been totally honest you didn't come here to just ask questions you came with an agenda to share your theology. You want us to accept your theology. When we don't automatically accept that theology you often get mad and say things that must be censored. You have expressed many interesting ideas but as we both know there is nothing new under the sun. Most of ideas that we don’t accept that you champion have been discussed and debated and have been proven to be contradictions of scripture many times over by scholars, teachers, theologians and students of the scripture. So it is not just us that are saying you have a misunderstanding it is all those experts that have already weighed in on the subject. |
