1 | All flesh | OT general | Annaciah | 48836
I was wondering if someone could help me out. I am confused. I have read in the bible, that all flesh will be saved. I believe it was Jeremiah, I'm not sure, but I know it's there because it struck me. However, I also hear people talk of an eternal lake of fire. The two seem to contradict one another, and I can't seem to find the eternal lake of fire or do I recall reading about it in the bible? Help please.

Psalms:65:2: O thou that hearest prayer, unto thee shall all flesh come. Isa:40:5: And the glory of the LORD shall be revealed, and all flesh shall see it together: for the mouth of the LORD hath spoken it. Joe:2:28: And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions: Isa:52:10: The LORD hath made bare his holy arm in the eyes of all the nations; and all the ends of the earth shall see the salvation of our God. These are the scriptures that may have been used to say "all flesh will be saved". Let us rightly divide the WORD, understand the difference between being saved and seeing salvation. This is a good place to study as a workman (wordman). |
