Jesus taught that "every sin and blasphemy will be forgiven men, but the blasphemy against the Spirit will not be forgiven men." [Matt.12:31]. Adultery is not the unpardonable sin. Baptism is not the agent for cleansing from any sin, but only the blood of Christ shed on the cross. --Hank | ||||||
