Good Day to you nhsdrummer01! Scripture references with regard to anger: Gal 5:19 Now the deeds of the flesh are evident, which are: immorality, impurity, sensuality, Gal 5:20 idolatry, sorcery, enmities, strife, jealousy, outbursts of anger, disputes, dissensions, factions, Gal 5:21 envying, drunkenness, carousing, and things like these, of which I forewarn you, just as I have forewarned you, that those who practice such things will not inherit the kingdom of God. Gal 5:22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, Gal 5:23 gentleness, self-control; against such things there is no law. Eph 4:26 BE ANGRY, AND yet DO NOT SIN; do not let the sun go down on your anger, Eph 4:27 and do not give the devil an opportunity. Eph 4:28 He who steals must steal no longer; but rather he must labor, performing with his own hands what is good, so that he will have something to share with one who has need. Eph 4:29 Let no unwholesome word proceed from your mouth, but only such a word as is good for edification according to the need of the moment, so that it will give grace to those who hear. Eph 4:30 Do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, by whom you were sealed for the day of redemption. Eph 4:31 Let all bitterness and wrath and anger and clamor and slander be put away from you, along with all malice. Eph 4:32 Be kind to one another, tender-hearted, forgiving each other, just as God in Christ also has forgiven you. Eph 6:4 Fathers, do not provoke your children to anger, but bring them up in the discipline and instruction of the Lord.Col 3:8 But now you also, put them all aside: anger, wrath, malice, slander, and abusive speech from your mouth. James 1:19 This you know, my beloved brethren. But everyone must be quick to hear, slow to speak and slow to anger; James 1:20 for the anger of man does not achieve the righteousness of God.
