CDBJ- I am sorry to see you judge the rest of us so lacking. For no one knows the heart of another but God. I understand your point. And yes I understand the importance of the hour and the time. However that does not mean that we stop living to wait For His Comming. We must go on preaching the Word To the Lost and also with our lives. And yes we may laugh, cry and all that and still be ready! May I ask what you are doing in preparation for HIs comming? Have you stoped everything and are just sitting waitting? |

I am sorry if that is how I seem to be coming across. I certainly don't want to be judge mental, I have enough problems with out being disciplined for that. There are so many believers that don't know what is going to happen in the future in regard to the last days. Peter talks about it in I Pet.1:7 That the trial of your faith, being much more precious than of gold that perisheth, though it be tried with fire, might be found unto praise and honour and glory at the appearing of Jesus Christ: The message that is going out all over the World today is that the elect won't have to go through all of this, and it just isn't so. I have a very heavy burden for other believers to find the truth about the last days. It might not be for many years to come, I don't know, but the Lord has put the burden on my heart. I guess I kind of know how Jeremiah must have felt for the Jews of his day. The warnings are many, but people just don't want to hear about it. It will be so bad, that believers will think that they missed the rapture and they will be turning to false Christ. After all they will say we are not suppose to be going through all of this, maybe our belief about Christ was wrong! There doesn't seem to be many like Paul found in Acts 17:11 These were more noble than those in Thessalonica, in that they received the word with all readiness of mind, and searched the scriptures daily, whether those things were so. Oh well, CDBJ |

Hello CDBJ, Actually, what you've had to say so far has been very good! I agree, we must be ready for any period of trial to stand up for our Lord! I have recently submitted a question to the Forum that asks if we could "piece" together the events of the Endtimes just by looking through Scripture, what comes after this and then that.. I would be willing to start and then you can add your interpretation if you like. Nolan |

May I join in - I feel that its like this: Antichrist/one world govt takes increasing control of earth Antichrist set up as god on temple grounds(Dan9:27/2Thess 2:4/Matt24:15) Antichrist rules for 3 1/2 years(Dan9:27/Dan7:24,25/Rev13:5-10) Christians persecuted over this period Jews have peace over this period (Rev 12:13-17 Ezek 38:8) Increasing tribulations Jewish revival as they recognise true Messiah Gog- land to far north of Israel suddenly attacks (Ezekiel 38,39 Daniel 11:44 Joel 2:20) Antichrist -leader of Israel fights back Gog enters Jerusalem incurring God's wrath God destroys both the antichrist and the enemies of Jerusalem on the "day of the Lord" There is a great earthquake This is the First Resurrection (Rev 20:5)of the believers. The 1000 year reign follows this |

Hello Leigh! That is interesting! I sincerely believe that this discussion on eschatology is really nothing that should be 'fought over' at all, just an interesting "side bar" discussion. Thank you for your input! Regardless of 'how' it will happen, we must all be ready! :) Your Brother in Christ, Nolan P.S... We've heard from the "mid-trib" and "post-trib" views and a little from the "pre-trib" view. Thank you all for participating! |
