1 | People saved during the tribulation | Rev 7:9 | Mossey | 225426 | ||
I didn't think anyone but the Jewish people would be saved during the 7 year tribulation but someone pointed out to me in Revelation 7:1-20 there would be others saved. If I understand correctly the Holy Spirit won't be present in the tribulation, how then can anyone be saved? |

Greetings, I assume that you are referring to the verse in II Thes. 2 Thes. 2:7 For the mystery of iniquity doth already work: only he who now letteth will let, until he be taken out of the way. There are many that get confused by this verse and that’s due largely to the fact that they don’t realize the period of time mentioned is also called the time of Jacob’s trouble. Jeremiah 30:7 Alas! for that day is great, so that none is like it: it is even the time of Jacob's trouble; but he shall be saved out of it. Does this sound familiar, “! for that day is great, so that none is like it” Matthew 24:21 For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be. This time of trouble is only possible because the protector of God’s people is commanded to stand aside for the progression of Satan’s final fling before Christ neutralizes his demonic actions by His return. If one knows who the protector of God’s people is they would have the answer. Daniel 10:21 But I will shew thee that which is noted in the scripture of truth: and there is none that holdeth with me in these things, but Michael your prince. Daniel 12:1-4 And at that time shall Michael stand up, the great prince which standeth for the children of thy people: and there shall be a time of trouble, such as never was since there was a nation even to that same time: and at that time thy people shall be delivered, every one that shall be found written in the book. 2And many of them that sleep in the dust of the earth shall awake, some to everlasting life, and some to shame and everlasting contempt. 3And they that be wise shall shine as the brightness of the firmament; and they that turn many to righteousness as the stars for ever and ever. 4But thou, O Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book, even to the time of the end: many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall be increased. Did you notice the rapture in verse two? 2And many of them that sleep in the dust of the earth shall awake, some to everlasting life, and some to shame and everlasting contempt. There is a one thousand year span between the first and last part of this verse. CDBJ |
