1 | What would change End-Times? | 2 Pet 3:12 | pejo | 156240
hello! Just wondering....if mankind, let's say, in the United States, were to all together seek God's will, pray for healing and for His Wisdom and Mercy, would the End-Time Predictions in the Bible change? If we have the capacity to change and to turn to Him, and if we as a nation did so en mass, would it change the 'outcome' of Revelation? Would it change His Coming?

God’s plan is eternal and unchanging. Nothing we do can altar that. We can’t force God’s hand and usher in the return of Christ. The return of Christ has already been established. We however, are not to know when that will be. God already knows and we can be sure, it will happen on His time, not ours. Matthew 24:30-37(KJV) 30And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory. 31And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other. 32Now learn a parable of the fig tree; When his branch is yet tender, and putteth forth leaves, ye know that summer is nigh: 33So likewise ye, when ye shall see all these things, know that it is near, even at the doors. 34Verily I say unto you, This generation shall not pass, till all these things be fulfilled. 35Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away. 36But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only. 37But as the days of Noah were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be. Psalm 75:2(AMP) 2When the proper time has come [for executing My judgments], I will judge uprightly [says the Lord]. John 11:4-7(AMP) 4When Jesus received the message, He said, This sickness is not to end in death; but [on the contrary] it is to honor God and to promote His glory, that the Son of God may be glorified through (by) it. 5Now Jesus loved Martha and her sister and Lazarus. [They were His dear friends, and He held them in loving esteem.] 6Therefore [even] when He heard that Lazarus was sick, He still stayed two days longer in the same place where He was. 7Then after that interval He said to His disciples, Let us go back again to Judea. Isaiah 14:26-27(NIV) 26 This is the plan determined for the whole world; this is the hand stretched out over all nations. 27 For the LORD Almighty has purposed, and who can thwart him? His hand is stretched out, and who can turn it back? Job 42:2(NASB) 2"I know that You can do all things, And that no purpose of Yours can be thwarted. WOS |
