While there is no condition for salvation other than faith, do you think that it is too strong a statement to say that if someone refuses to get baptized they have not been saved? Mark 16:16 "He who has believed and has been baptized shall be saved; but he who has disbelieved shall be condemned. Hello tortoise, You raise an interesting point. James 2:17 teaches that the works we do in obedience would show our faith. To not be obedient would be a strong indication that there is no saving faith. Steve |
