Dear Jabezperkins, Once children have grown and left the nest many women find that they have a lot more time on their hands. It takes a lot of time and attention to raise a family. The extra time can be a temptation to partying or getting too involved in other person's business which can lead to gossip. It would be better to turn one's excess energies toward the Lord's work in some way and to help other younger women in their walk with the Lord by the things they have learned through their own experience in raising their children. That's just some of my thoughts. I hope this would inspire some direction for your talk, though it be little. Itiswritten |
