Greetings Norton, We just won’t worry about what others think! When I looked at the verse, this is what I came up with and that’s what stimulated my original question to you. 1 Tim. 2:3 This is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior, The word desires isn’t even mentioned in the verse. Hi, CDBJ... I think Norton means to include verse 4, viz: This is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior, who desires all men to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth. (1 Timothy 2:3-4 NASB) In Him, Doc |
