Hi, Mom... of course, we understand that kilts were designed as clothing for men. Slacks can be designed for women or for men. A man ought not wear clothing that was designed for women. Nor ought a women wear clothing that was designed for men. Such prohibitions are against transvestitism, rather than prescribing how folks ought to dress in church. | ||||||

I read through Lev 18 and was struck by verse 25. 'For the land has become defiled, therefore I have brought its punishment upon it, so the land has spewed out its inhabitants.' Might there be an admonition here for people to consider before "approving" what God says is defiling? I'm thinking about this in conjunction with America's responsibility in November. |
