1 | Pray to Jesus or God? | Eph 5:20 | God Student | 212072
I was wondering when I pray, if I'm supposed to pray to Jesus or God or if it matters? I know we're supposed to give thanks and praise before getting into our request or issue, but am I to go through Jesus always when I pray, or can I also pray directly to God?
2 | Pray to Jesus or God? | Eph 5:20 | BradK | 212073
Hello God Student, Paul gives us some instruction in Ephesians. Read and study the prayer in 3:14-21 for additional insight- Eph 3:14 "For this reason I bow my knees before the Father..." (NASB) Eph 5:20 "always giving thanks for all things in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ to God, even the Father;" (NASB) I hope this helps, BradK |
