1 | Muselim Religious | Eph 2:8 | HHannaJr | 28883
The Islamic religion is a religion of "works", compared to Christianity which is based on our faith, not of works. The Koran is their "Bible" and is a book that is filled with violent overtones, the annialation of other religious beliefs, and their peoples. As a religion, their followers are reaching toward God. Christianity is God reaching down to us. The next time you are in a Christian bookstore, ask for a copy of Dr. Walter Martin's book entitled "Kingdom of The Cults" - an excellent reference on the Muslim religion and other cult groups across our country. I hope that this helps - HHannaJr - Birminghanm, AL |

HHannaJr: In connection with your post on Isalm and that Muslims are "reaching toward God" -- I'd like to note that their god, Allah, is not the God of the Bible, a fact that is often ignored (or misunderstood) by promoters of these ecumenical meetings that have become commonplace in the wake of the events of September 11. They are but another step in the direction of the pluralism that is becoming the politically correct thing to espouse in our culture. --Hank
