cowboy, There is no mention of THE angel of the Lord in Acts, nor is there mention of THE angel of the Lord in Revelation. The angel mentioned in the New Testament is referred to as, AN angel of the Lord. There's a big difference between the two. John |

5 | does God still send prophets? | 2 Cor 11:13 | stjohn | 214521 | ||
Dear cowboy, The problem with that is, you are still not seeing that there is a difference between THE angel of the Lord, and, AN angel of the Lord. Not to diminish or disparage the KJV, I happen to love it for all it's worth. But there are many, more accurate translations; The NASB being one of them. And it has it in the NT as, AN angel of the Lord. Yes, there is only one that can rightly be called, THE angel of the Lord, but not every angel is, THE angel of the Lord.
