1 | All Don't Have The Same Ministry In Lord | 1 Cor 12:5 | stjohn | 219346 | ||
Peter, can you show us please where in the scripture is says that varieties of ministries are, divisions? Can you be more specific in what you mean be these, divisions? And just out of curiosity, Peter, can you explain why you refer to yourself in the third person and what purpose it serves? Sorry, Peter, but it seems very odd, and it's quite confusing to those who read your profile. John |

stjohn(:-) I went to Peters or so called "teachers" web site when he had it in his profile. After reading it I was very certian "teacher" was in fact Peter Martel. I am concerned when someone writes about themself in the third person, and directs readers to a web site that apears to be his own. My impression is "teacher" is not up front with the motives he has for being on the forum. Perhaps he wants us to become as he teaches on his website. "Teacher" has directed some traffic to his web site. was that his motive? With Peter Martell being a "dedicated Bible student" and remember "He has studied with many biblical scholars". "Peter hasa website devoted to the Holy Spirit Field where he teaches all sapects of the holy spirit". Peter has masked his identity and his profile is confusing. Why would any believer so devoted to all the aspects of Holy Spirit want to disguise his inenity? I would be most interested in an explanation from Peter. I am sure the Holy Spirit is totally against disgusing and shrouding a Christians idenity, and motivies. If "Teacher" has nothing to hide and his motives are pure let him come out from the third person and present himself for who he is, and what he wants to say openly. To suggest one knows all or even most aspects Holy Spirit is a very serious statement. I find such statenents offensive appalling and treacherous. If we are to grasp the true lesson from Acts chapter 5 verses one through ten, clearly it is testing the Holy Spirit has serious consequences. For Ananias and Sapphira the testing of the Holy Spirit the repercussions were their very lives! I don't take "teachers" profile lightly, and neither should we. Blessings John. justme justme |

Hi Justme, Thanks for your thoughts and concerns, it is much appreciated. I am cognizant of Mr. Martell's teaching, I've visited the website in question and read all that was available there. Everything has been taken into consideration, Justme. Thanks for your concern for proper orthodoxy and adherence to the TOU gracing our pages. John |
