Can you tell me the place in the Bible where it says that it is wrong to unite with other churches. Can we worship together as one church??? I don't think so as the uniting of all churches is talked about in the last days is it not?? |

2 | can all churches worship together as one | 1 Cor 11:18 | Makarios | 13528 | ||
Hello vanaau! In all honesty and sincerity, I find it an "impossibility" for all professing Christians to ever completely put their differences aside and worship together in perfect harmony on earth. However, heaven will be a different story! As a rock shatters a piece of glass, breaking it forever, that is how I see the church.. There are "irreconciliable differences" that exist between different denominations of the church and I personally think that it would not be possible for all churches to re-unify again, unless Jesus comes back. There is no place in Scripture that prohibits unification with other bodies of believers! As for the last days, I'm not sure what you are referring to when you say, "I don't think so as the uniting of all churches is talked about in the last days is it not??" I hope this helps! --Nolan |
