Greetings Pastor Glenn, I most certainly agree with your stance that firmly and specifically states that homosexuality is a sin. The Bible is unequivocally clear on that issue, stating that it is indeed a sin. Blessings to you, Makarios Note: I let your question to 'gbennett76' stand, since you had addressed your question to him. We shall await his response. |

Makarios? Makarios? Hmmm...the name does have a familiar ring to it! Of course it does :-) Welcome back, long-time dear friend and brother. As ever, --Hank

Thank you, thank you! :-) Wow! I can't believe that we have written 85,900 posts! Also, it looks like Steve has gotten 5,000 of them! :-) Things have changed, it seems, since I've been here last.. But, yes, I have returned, for the time being.. :-) So, tell me my friend: have we heard the last of Cain's wife, C vs. A, angels vs. sons of god, baptism, etc, etc, etc...?? Or have the posts just become, let us say, more creative? :-) We shall see! :-) Blessings to you, Makarios NOTE: To all others outside of Hank, I just want to let you know that Hank has been here at this Forum since the VERY beginning, and has seen all the changes, and knows, and is one of the very few who are "qualified" to answer the above questions.. :-) |

Dear Makarios -- To confess the truth, I'm worried about Cain and his famous wife. We haven't heard from them in some time. I do hope they're not ill. As for the other issues, well, yes they all do recur from time to time, but by and large the forum "regulars" who are of different stripes have learned to live together with a measure of harmony and a real love for one another, and for that it is, I believe, fair to say that we all of us are very grateful. Now and then a kook or two flies in from somewhere out there in cyber space and acts up, posting unbiblical trash, but rarely can they endure for long the bright light of God's word that the good, God-fearing members of the forum beam in their faces, and so they move on of their own volition or else they are removed by Lockman for abuse and for creating a ruckus. The forum has its ups and downs, as always, but by and large I marvel that, in the absence of monitoring, it flows as well as it does. I've always hoped and prayed from the outset that God would use this forum to bring some lost soul to Christ. And if through this medium one sinner is led to the cross of Christ and is reborn, what a blessed thing it would be. It would cause all the upsets and frustrations that we users experience from time to time to melt like a snowball in the August sun of Arkansas! Again, a happy return to you. --Hank
