1 | Does God make Himself known to all men | Rom 1:19 | mamapam | 203226
Where does it say (if it does) in the Bible, That God will make himself know to every man. My girlfriend and I were talking and I said He is faithful to make himself known to all men. He will come to each man or woman before they die. That he gives each of us a change to know him. She said that is not true and I am pulling it out of context. If I am then shame on me but why do I think this to be true. God Bless you for your help, Pam
2 | Does God make Himself known to all men | Rom 1:19 | BradK | 203227
Hello mamapam, It seems to me you may be referencing Rom. 1:19-20: "because that which is known about God is evident within them; for God made it evident to them. For since the creation of the world His invisible attributes, His eternal power and divine nature, have been clearly seen, being understood through what has been made, so that they are without excuse." (NASB) It may be that your words weren't exact, but the general idea was close! What can be known about God has been clearly revealed to us! I hope this helps, BradK |
