Hi, blckss396... Welcome to the forum! Our "second blessing" friends will most likely use the contrived ambiguity of the word baptism to assert that it was a subjective experience of Paul in Acts 9:17-18, rather than the objective exercise of the ordinance of Baptism. Given Paul's own teaching on the subject, and the fact that the writer of Acts is Luke, a close companion of the Apostle, a straightforward reading of the verses would tend to support the orthodox interpretation; i.e., that Paul was baptized into the church in the typical fashion. Indeed, this reading is supported traditionally (see the Catholic Encyclopedia on the subject of Baptism).
