Grace and Truth: you asked, "Where is it in the bible does it say were saved by FAITH ALONE! Ephesians 2:8-10 is a good place to start. I don't believe that Peter ever suggested in this verse (or anyplace else) that BAPTISM is the SAVING ACTION of God. Obviously, from the preceding verse it is evident that those who heard the Gospel BELIEVED what they had been told. They were correct with their inquiry, "What shall we do?" Perhaps we, as believers should do likewise. Since my responses seem to have a negative effect, maybe at this time it would be best if we agree to disagree on this issue. In Jesus, Mommapbs |
