1 | Cain's wife is from who? | Acts 17:26 | granpa | 223591 | ||
the early chapters of Genesis are difficult and controversial. Any answer is going to highly offend someone somewhere. My theory is that those chapters were written in an extremely primitive language which was then translated into hebrew. That is why we end up with seemingly impossible things like talking snakes and such. This primitive language no longer exists and therefore it is nearly impossible to say what really happened. |

Grandpa, Perhaps I understand the thought process behind your point. However, we are reminded that The Bible Is the ...'inspired word of God'... and is presented for us as a ...'road map'...(if you will) for us to get from this fiscal life to eternal spiritual life. It is complete. Some parables which apply here; 1)....'some things are reserved for Gods' knowledge only....' 2) ...'it shall be revealed in due time'. Points for consideration. |
