2 | Is C. Dollar teaching the truth? | Acts 17:11 | Jesified | 71977 | ||
I have heard a lot of Creflo's teaching and I assure you that what I have heard is in line with the word of God. The best way to know if someone is teaching the truth is to check it against scripture as the scholars of Berea in Acts 17:11 "These were more nobel then those in Thessalonica, in that they received the word with all readiness of mind and searched the scriptures daily, weather those things were so." Remember these few points to help you: 1)God doesn't change (Malachi 3:6) 2)God is no respector of persons (Romans 2:11) 3)If you don't understand a verse or passage ask these 3 questions: Who's talking? Who are they talking to? What are they talking about? Usually your answer will come somewhere in there. 4)Always follow the leading of the Holy Spirit. I hope what I have said will help you. Dear Jesified, You say, " I have heard a lot of Creflo's teaching and I assure you that what I have heard is in line with the word of God." Well my friend, I can't argue with what YOU heard. However, scripture plainy states,"For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but wanting to have their ears tickled, they will accumulate for themselves teachers in accordance to their own desires,and will turn away their ears from the truth and will turn aside to myths."( 2 Tim.4:3-4) Speaking the Truth In Love, BradK |
