IJohn 5:11-13 "And this is the testimony: God has given us eternal life, and this life is in his Son. He who has the Son has life; he who does not have the Son of God does not have life. I write these things to you who believe in the name of the Son of God so that you may.... know.... that you have eternal life." We trust God and His Word not our feelings. The truest thing about us is not what we think or feel but what God says about us. You choose to believe based on the faith that God has promised. Rev 3:15 Christ speaking "Behold I stand at the door and knock if anyone hears my voice and opens the door I will come in." You open the door by faith and trust that God will not lie to you. Did you invite him in? Where is Christ right now in relationship to you? How do you know? Simply on the trustworthiness of God and His Word. Our mind is made up of intellect, will and emotions. We understand, we act, as a result we may or may not have an emotional response. Its based on fact not on feeling. Feelings change fact does not. | ||||||
