1 | Will there be Muslims in heaven? | John 14:6 | Ian | 22688 | ||
Greetings All Went to my usual bible study last night (studying Galatians) when the above question came up. Personally I think that John 14:6, says NO assuming that the Muslim has heard the gospel. Can anyone give me biblical answers which say either yes or no? Blessings, Ian |

Romans 1 declares that the righteous man will live by faith. Who then is righteous? Anyone who God imputes His righteousness to. See Romans 4. James 2:23 and Romans 3: 21-23 says:"But now a righteousness from God, apart from law, has been made known, to which the Law and the Prophets testify.This righteousness from God comes through faith in Jesus Christ to all who believe. There is no difference,for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God." Just because the Muslim believes in Allah, he is not excused for his rejection of Jesus. Allah is not Jehovah God.I believe there is a desperate need for body of Christ to KNOW THIS fact! See I John 4. The Muslim does not believe that Jesus is God's Son. According to I John 4:3, this is the spirit of the antichrist: "but every spirit that does not acknowledge Jesus is not from God. This is the spirit of the antichrist, which you have heard is coming and even now is already in the world." Also, to the Muslim, Jesus is no more than a prophet like Mohammed. And since Mohammed appeared later on the scene than Jesus, they believe that Mohammed supercedes the authority of Christ! I think you will agree that this is so contrary to what Jesus has delared in Matthew 28:18 - "All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me." Why make a distinction between non-believers? All Muslims, Hindus, atheists, etc. will have to give an account of what has been revealed to them by Jehovah God within their hearts as well as within the visible creation. See Romans 1:17-21! |
