Dear Brother Tim, You say "translations." So they were translations from the Greek into another language? Would you be able to direct me to a source (on-line or otherwise) where I could find particulars about these "versions." In Him, Doc |

Greetings Doc! Yes, they were translations of the Greek into Arabaic, Ethiopian, Latin, ect... The dates have a wide range. Here is a link to a web page that I just found about textual criticism in general. It includes some info about versions as well. Here is the link: http://www.skypoint.com/(tilde)waltzmn/intro.html Note: Replace (tilde) with the actual tilde symbol. p.s. - Hank, there are some interesting examples from Shakesphere in this article. :-) Your Brother in Christ, Tim Moran |
