1 | The "finger of God" | Mark 6:7 | Morant61 | 17309
Greetings Ray! I did some research on the Luke 11:20 and Mt. 12:28 and came up blank! I have no idea why Luke uses "finger" and Matthew uses "Spirit". However, the meaning seems clear, both refer to God's power as opposed to Satan's power. Your Brother in Christ, Tim Moran |

2 | The "finger of God" | Mark 6:7 | Ray | 17321
Hi Tim, It is the comparison of these two Scripture passages that brought me to putting spirit in the lower case for Mt.12:28. Your paragraph about God's power is what I think the spirit is about. I believe that the Spirit is a Person of the Trinity, but I also believe that the spirit is power. Compare Luke 11:20, Matthew 12:28, Luke 9:2, Matthew 7:22 and see what the kingdom of God is about. |

Greetings Ray! Personally, I would not go with spirit simply because I think it is through the Holy Spirit that God works! But, who knows! :-) Your Brother in Christ, Tim Moran |
